I have a 1990 240 with an engine swap in it. I recently changed all of the ac lines from the 90 to a 93. I have vaccumed it and recharged it. I have noticed one thing though. When I turn on the ac, I can hear the clutch engage and it blows the air cold. But that is only in fan speeds 1-3. Once I flip it to max speed, the compressor flips off and the blower continues to blow. When that happens the air does warm up. I didn't put the ambient switch in and the harness is still for the 90. Any ideas on what might be happening and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated. And yes, I have searched and didn't find anything.
