Basically what has happened is, I bought a new valve cover for it. So i put it on plugged everything back in and go to start my car car and it cranks and cranks and cranks it sounds like its slow or out of time or somethin. And then i check my coils and they spark when i pull them out and everything, i hear the fuel pump kick on all the grounds wires are hooked up,ALSO the ecu, ingnitor works fine in my other car it starts right up, this car has ran fine since day one all the way up till i put this valve cover on it. But i'm stumped. ANY INFO thanks in advance.

Try jumpstarting the battery.

your valves is stuck open.. take off your valve cover and see if any of your valves and springs are still compress..

What did you exactly do when you changed your valve cover? I dont understand how your mechanical timing would be off if all you did is change the valve cover. Either you did more than just change that or you are failing at using a compression tester.

+1 ^^

lol, the only way to get 0 across the board on compression test is to have your mechanical timing off, tons of bent valves, or failing at performing a compression test.

cranking slow + not starting = bad battery or poor battery connections.

just sayin, if everything was fine before, and you literally touched nothing but the valve cover. then you performed your compression test incorrectly and you need to find your electrical problem.
