need help tuning pfc for SR stock turbo/stock injectors/few mods

I'm currently running the enthalpy base tune map on power fc. I hear misfiring/popping sounds when I start the car up and leave on idle until I drive it and the motor warms up, but when idling for a minute or two it comes back a little. I've changed the sparkplugs today the old ones seemed pretty dark and dirty. I was thinking if its the tune or maybe its an exhaust leak.
I have stock t25 turbo and stock injectors redtop sr20det
Running 91 octane gas
here's my setup:
Hks ssqv bov
3inch downpipe all the way to 3 inch exhaust
Megan manifold
300zx maf
Fmic
Stock internals

Any help would be appreciated.
