This car has me puzzled. Just pulled the SR swap out of my one car, i dropped it into my new car. Both 93 coupes, one power new one is a base model if it matters. I got the starter tested, its good. If you crank it from the ignition it just clicks a bunch of times. If i jump the starter, it cranks the motor..
Any idea? I was trying to get this done so i could get to the drift event tommorow, so any advice or help would be nice. Im stuck on this one..
oh yeah, SR20DET red top.

probably a bad connection to the starter or a bad ground. try cleaning them both and see whats up

I got it..
Problem wasnt wiring. If anyone knows what a BUY HERE PAY HERE dealership is..my car had one of their computers in there. and its programmed to cut the ingition off every 30 days until the payment on the car is cleared..and i didnt know the key for it. so i just cut it out and made the ignition back to normal. car cranks now but isnt getting fuel to the front of the car, i think i have a kinked line from when i replaced it. gotta fix that tommorow. then the car should be good..

sure it isnt a bad battery or bad connection to battery, or even faulty wiring?
