So I noticed my red top intake mani only has 2 vac ports. One going to the waste gate solenoid and the other to the FPR. I've read multiple times on this site and others that nothing should be t-ed off the wast gate, but that's where my BOV is.
My question is, since I only have two, can I buy a distro block and hook it to the one the FPR is on ? Or can I use it on the Waste gate line ?
I'd like to be able to hook up a boost gauge, boost controller ect. but the lack of vac ports is slowing me down.
Anyone ?

What i did was tap into the cold pipe(turbo to IC) and use that for wastegate
Then one from intake mani to BOV
then one from intake mani to FPR, which was T'd and run inside for boost gauge.
hope that helps.

Thanks ! I haven't changed it yet, but I added my boost gauge to the fpr line using a T. I am going to remove the T on the waste gate and add the BOV to the new line I ran from the FPR. I noticed My cheapo vac/boost gauge hits about 8-9 psi. I'm running the stock setup with no boost control except the factory waste gate. I thought stock was 7psi.....maybe boost creep due to the BOV being hooked up ? or is it normal to be + or - what the factory boost is ?

I'm thinking it's probably the cheap gauge. It was in the trunk when I got the car. Time to invest in some good gauges...I would like to add A/F ratio, boost, and egt. I also need a turbo timer and would like to get a boost controller...all in due time I guess.

Your Wastegate is hooked up to a vac line and not a boost line?

Yes, I got the car this weekend and the boost control solenoid is hooked up to a vac line. according to the FSM from what I can tell, it's supposed to be. Am i reading it wrong ?
