hey. was wondering if anyone knew of a legit shop who
REPAIRS and deals with fiberglasss. need to fix my brothers lip which is cracked.

Dude, in all honesty do it yourself. When i bought my kit it was cracked and i was looking for shops but they charge you a crapload, and thats without paint. look up a few DIY vids and buy the kit at autozone or something. take a weekend and do it yourself and have your bro help you. Should turn out fine with no experience. GL
