how do u know if ur steering column gave out?
and this is wat happen wen i turn right my steering well stayed a bit to the left side and didnt center back wen i made a right turn so i was driving straight and the steering wheel was a bit to the left wen i tried turning it felt diff a bit loose wat could it be? lmk thanks

it's probably your alignment which is being affected by bushings and other things

another thing is that my front ball joints were bad they would pop or crack wen i would go up a drive way ramp, also the car felt just a bit slightly hot like warm under my feet????

Ok what do you mean by front ball joints? The tie rods? And about the heat, well is your cat covered?

wen i did 5lug swap i noticed the ball joints on knuckes were bad

if it was the alingment would it cause the steering wheel to stay left while going strait?

Get an allignment, and new lca's, solid steering spacer, ur hub is not centered when u put ur steering wheel? Ur bolt on top of ur coilover loose? Making it clunk. Go 4lug
