I've never seen an r32 front bumper on a kouki front end, has anyone ever done it, seen it?

No, the R32 wont match up with a kouki front end. You'd have a better chance of fitting them with a zenki front end due to the shape of the headlights and corner lights.

Wont any front mount give that "aggressive" look with 3" piping coming from it? Being they are using 3" piping.

If you can't find a picture on the Internet, then it must not exist.
Go be original and experiment for yourself.
Threads like this aren't needed, especially in Tech Talk.
