flywheel thickness?

ok i have been searching for little while now and havent found my answer,

i got my SR flywheel resurfaced a couple times already and this time when i got it done, i had a .005 lift on it for the disc to sit on and it grabs like shit, it has a brand new clutch. im just wondering if a flywheel can be resurfaced so many times till it is garbage?

Did you add a shim under it every time it was resurfaced?
Not sure how many shims it is safe to stack up though.

and what are the odds of the runout getting screwed up by doing this
