I know some of you are thinking, "Uhm, Jeff doesn't have a 240 anymore".  You are correct, but I still reserve the right to worry about my old one.

A friend said he saw a black 240 coupe smashed up on the highway in our neighborhood yesterday.  I suppose if it had been a hatchback (and I drove a hatchback), that'd be a different story.  There's a lot of those, so odds would be on my side.

But it wasn't.  It was a coupe.  He said it looked "just like your car, but without the stickers in the rear window".  Well, who am I to know if he left those there or not?  That's no hint at all.

So, I drove to his house at about 1am last night.  Yes, that's right, I stalk my old car.  Anyway, the car wasn't in the driveway.  I'm so worried now.  That guy better not have busted up my 240.  I'd cry.

Well, okay, I wouldn't.  But I'd at least sniffle.  I need to get to the bottom of this, and I thought, somehow, you'd all understand.

I know what you mean.  I keep getting calls from junior ricers about my Civic Si.  I have a feeling that after it sells, I'm gonna see it around town with a giant aluminum wing and altezzas.  I don't know if I could hold back the tears.

when i sold my old eclipse gsx it was spotted in a ditch all beat up gettin yanked out by a tow truck no more than 2 weeks after i sold it, when i sold my old 91 maxima 5sp (maybe more rare than my 240) the kid that bought it got rear ended and it caused like 2 grand in damage, 1 month after i sold it, i haven't heard anything about my old Z32 since it's in arizona, i hope she's ok

I wouldn't have sold my old S13 if I had the chance...  I suppose I'm "happy" (well... relatively) having crashed it with my own hands.....

My car was wrecked...fixable, but not worth it to me (resale value ect.) so i had it totaled.   They towed it away and I still wonder whatever happened to it.  Did they cube it?   or auction it?    Who knows

Still got the registration?  Carfax the VIN.  See what happens.
