t28 turbo clocking quick question

I'm trying to clock my turbo and got the inlet/outlet section to rotate, but I CAN'T get the center section to budge. It's been drenched in PBblaster for 24hrs with continuous pounding for the hammer.

I've even fucked up a little by getting carried away and hammering the wrong spots.

My question is. Can I tighten the inlet/outlet section, then use that as additional leverage to break the center section free?

I don't have a work bench so vice grips are out of reach for me for now.

fuk i finally got it. Just kept wacking it and it came loose.
