I know there are many threads discussing this all i really want to know is if i push the window button and i hear a slight click should i figure it to be the window motor since the button is causing a reaction. Or is there a way to check if its just the window switch, stuff like that. I know i can read other threads and all but this is better because i can do trial and error and get responses from people without trying to get a response from threads that are months old. If anyone just wants to talk jive please get a life, i don't come on here to bash anyone for any reason and i feel i should get the same respect.

Mine does the same thing. It's the window motor.

Within the power window system there is a amplifier. Chance the circuit board is fried. You could remove this little rectangular box, open it up and see if the board is burnt. Some have been able to re-solder the damaged areas.
If this isnt the problem, the actual switch could be warn out. Window motor itself wont burn out that easy.
I have spare switches though they are for RHD models...doh!

So because the amplifier went bad, is that why i hear a click sound when i push the window to go back up and nothing happens?
