Water in oil????

So i have water in my oil.... I believe the head gasket is my only culprit but my question is... can the front timing chain cover possibly be leaking?? Or anything else? Your input is appreciated, thanks guys!

1) Check compression to determine if it's the headgasket.

2) If not, then it might have worn through the front cover...seen it on KA24E's, AND on a KA24DE.
