I have a 1995 240sx with a 99 Front End Conversion And 99 SR20DET W/6 Speed.
Currently the 6 Speed ( known to be much weaker than the stock 5 spd) That is in the vehicle is on its last leg. It pops out of Third if you dont hold stick shift. Thanks to last nights Drift Practice, reverse has stopped engaging completely.
I have a Nismo Super CopperMix Clutch Kit and Flywheel Pressure plate...
I do not want to have to scrap the current ( New ) clutch setup due to swapping to 5 speed.. As the Coppermix clutch is perfect for drifting and Auto cross and cant afford to buy another one
- Does anyone have any pointers on how to make this work ?
Thank you

No,

No,
You need a new Flywheel, Clutch, Driveshaft, shift knob. Sometimes the cross member and mount too.
How was the car wired up? You may have to make changes to the transmission harness.

They are not the same at all whatsoever. The 5 spd Main drive shaft is not the same length. Side by side there are very obvious demensional differences, So matching it up to the 6 SPD CLutch proved unsucessful.
Can anyone recommend where to source a 6 spd ? I saw a couple on EBAY but not too sure on non warrantied Transmissions -
Thanks Again

Elite JDM. Theyll have to ship it, but I know for a fact that anything you get from them will be 100% clean. Theyre located here in PA, but every one of their swaps is driven and compression tested in Japan before the chassis is cut into a clip. I know many people who have bought from them, and their customer service is top notch. Their prices are high, but you really do get what you pay for with them.

Just talked to them (-Anthony @ Elite JDM-) and they have only gotten one S15 ever.
Bought and imported the whole car for drift brigade -
Anthony was really helpful and I recommend anyone that has a S13 or S14 call him directly

They dont have S15 motorsets?
My S15 turbo is from a motorset that my buddy bought off them. Hmm.. Maybe it was an S14 motor w/ s15 turbo.. Sorry man, I was pretty sure they had S15 motors.
