IACV hose help.

I know of the greddy manifold write up and i have searched past that, but I still cant see where the two small hoses on the iacv go to. I have this picture of the coolant hoses from under the mani. Why are the two hoses looped together. I assume the loop on the right is because of the throttle body coolant being looped off? But are the two on the right supposed to be where the two nipples off of the iacv supposed to connect? PLEASE HELP ME!http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i183/LiNkInPaRk3184/untitled.jpg

the 2 nipples that are looped on the left is the coolant feed and return for the IACV and the one on the right is looped to delete T/B heater.
