where should i buy these from? ive heard bad things about wheelmax. autoimaging is "on the move" ... is there anywhere cheaper than 5zigenusa.com?

Should be a little over $xxx shipped per wheel from Ruf. Well maybe more if you are in Hawaii (although when you buy a $$$$$$$$$ LSD kit he hooks it up with free shipping... even to Maui). So dont go postin on here... pm him. Try FA and Zilvia, and keep your wants precise and specific. He can get anything from anyone as long as you have the money and can deal with his lame jokes....errrrr....sexual pictures with cats. WHAT? Just PM him. Im on crack.

Why don't you check the dealer list for places to buy from? www.5zigenusa.com

BTW Wholesale Hyperformance lists only the FN01R forged wheel, hence the hefty price tag.

ok, well... im thinking about getting 17x8 +35 front and 17x9 +35 rear. do you guys see anything wrong with these offsets? they'll fit z brakes in the front right?

if offset = Backspace - (width/2) so offset 35 = x - (8/2)
offset 35 = x - 4 so Backspace (x) = 31mm? so that means it will baaaarely clear right? i guess i'll get 5mm spacers anyway but..

The setup you need to get is 17x8" +25 front and 17x9" +35 rear.

can you explain why +25 in the fronts? is it because if i run a spacer i should get +25? what about if i dont run a spacer at +35?

a +35 offset w/ a 10mm spacer is +25 offset

alex is correct. go +25 up front. :) look great and should clear great.

ok, i looked at the chart and there isn't +25 in a 17x8. only +27. i would probably still hvae to run a spacer at +27. should I go 17x9 +15 all around like nitekids?

I don't think you'd have to run a spacer with the 17x8 +27's. Depending on camber, they'll be pretty flush with the fender.

The +25 just got released. It is available. Ask Alex (Mav) for more info if needed... He works for 5Zigen. About getting 17x9 +15... Kookz has that and he needs SO much camber to fit it on an S13. SO much.

hehe..he has like -3 and its still not under the fender hahahahahahaha
i think he'll need like -4 for decent clearance. rolled fenders, maybe pull them a TAD.

I just put 17x8 +35 wheels on the front of my s13.. clearnace b/w the tire and the coilovers is very close.. they wouldn't fit with a 225 series tire. They are fairly flush, but just a touch sunken in. I'll probably get a 5mm spacer for them.

+25 - +30 would be perfect on an s13 up front on an 8" wheel.

I hate 240SX. I was at a track day with my MINI Cooper yesterday. I just pretend that the M3 or the Boxster S in front of me is really Matt240/Steeles/Kookz in a 240SX and pass them like they are in reverse. I just have to restrain myself from punting them off the track. I need a brushbar for my next track day.
