So I was installing a calibrated tach for s14 with 6 cylinders onto my original kouki cluster, but as I was unscrewing the original tach I noticed that the holes on the tach were different than the ones on the calibrated tach. I was thinking that might be from a zenki. Does anyone know if the holes from zenki and kouki tach are different?
This is the calibrated tach, look at the screw holes on this and then look at the ones on the cluster where it should bolt on to

The four holes in the center where the "Nissan" is at are the ones where the original tach bolts on to. Of the four holes, only three are used though

right but that doesnt look like an OEM tach cluster though, who ever calibrated it changed out the whole board so he might have mixed up the S13 and S14 boards
here what a Kouki OEM board looks like

yea thats an oem tach right there, the calibrated one is different and its not an oem one. i just googled the back of an s14 zenki cluster and it looks like the holes will line up on that this calibrated tach.

you could of calibrated it yourself for the rb. do you have a pic of the front of the tach cause it sorda looks like a zenki tach and not a kouki tach from the back side of your pic.

yes, the back of the tach if for a zenki. that is why the holes dont line up on my kouki cluster. Now the next question is if i swap a zenki cluster on my car will the speedometer, temp, the signals, etc.. work correctly ?

You gotta rewire the Cluster Harness, Its not plug and play

no it wont you will have to get the pig tails from the zenki cluster and you will have to repin/rewire cause the pins are all different from the kouki and zenki
