sr20 mid boost boggs down? But revs perfect when not in gear??

Drivein my sr today idels perfect revs perfect eveythings fine till it's in gear the. I gas it and it bogs down like it's gonna die but comes back to idel just fine back at 900 rpm? Any ideas??

mafs issues, check the small wires on the sensor when you clean it to make sure you didnt suck anything across it and bend one of them. this happened to me and it was a pain trying to figure it out

I would also check your intercooler piping and possible leaks, under load the engine is forcing air instead of sucking air, this means more air flow past the maf too, so maf isnt too far off. I would also check the condition of your fuel pump and your plugs. Ignition connections can cause finicky issues as well.

fuel pump, check for leaks, and check ignition. man its a pain but ya gotta love the end result. :D
