gas gauge problems

just wondering how many people have this problem ad if so what youve done to fix it

ok ive gotten used to it its jus a big pain in the ass now

i never know how much gas i have .... my gauge raises and lowers when i get on and off the freeway and say i decide to push and like Less than a mile oh all of a sudden ive killed a quarter of gas i can literally ride till way past the empty line .... its retarded... thought about replaceing fuel filter etc (jus havent gotten around to it yet .... btw im in a fairly stock ka no big mods...

so i guess this problem isnt a huge jus annoying.. i know ive been somewhat vague about it but jus wanted to see what others have to say ...

check the fuel lever sendor in the tank...FSM has the specs for Ohms and such....if its bad replace it...

also check the cluster if sendor is putting out correct signal then gauge is probably bad....
