Any other nissan use the same igniter ship as SR20det?

my igniter chip went out on my sr, and i heard the q45 might use the same igniter chip. does anyone know if this is true? if so what year?

Its not plug and play, you gotta rewire it

its true you can also use a J30 one as well but like Sileighty_85 (http://zilvia.net/f/members/sileighty_85.html) said you have to re wire it & theres a few diagrams on here too.
