SR20 no power and rough idle

just finish putting my motor back together and finally got it started today..problem is it has a super rough idle and most of the time stalls out. drove it after adjusting the idle a bit and it hesitates and has no power at all. i installed hks step 1 264/264s and everything was timed right. thing is it feels like it might have skipped a tooth cause timing feels off and runs super rich. i ran out of time and light so i didnt have a chance to pull of the cover and check everything. any info of what might be going on or what has possibly happened can help.

take off you valve cover and redue your timing because no power and ruff idle is almost always a cause of bad timing. Also check all fuel lines for any kinks.

so i adjusted the timing yesterday.. went to crank it and now it sounds like theres no compression...possible bent valve/s?? plugs were fouled to shit too from the previous running..

dang, sounds like ur timing was so off, that it destroyed your motor from the inside out

Always use a timing gun to set or check timing, I D C who told u different!
On the other hand 2days is not the record.

did the compression check and i got 0psi on 3 outta 4 cyls..cyl 3 had like 10psi haha..gonna pull the motor out and might as well rebuild the head.. im suprised the head did last as long as it did do to the fact its been through hell with almost 9000k redline with a Mines ecu tune and flash...
