does anyone know how the do-luck rear tension set looks like on a fastback? i've only seen pics of the front of the guage set but not the rear and how it connects? they also have pics of the supra tension guage set and it connects to the end of the car, not to the wheel wells like most bolt in cages.

would you guys go with this tension gauge or something else like an autopower? i just realized that i want to recline my seats down so i wont be going with a horizontal bar. the auto power race roll bar looks nice but im tempted to get the do-luck b/c i want to recline my seats.

i plan to do some track racing in the future and the do-luck is not legal in nhra, scca, etc.. competitions. maybe i should get a custom cage welded in? the price of the do-luck is about $650 for the steel version.

the things i need in a cage must allow seats to recline but i would also like as much bracing as possible. maybe i should just get a safety21/cusco cage? but yet again, those are not legal in track competitions and cost almost $1000 for the 8 pt.

do luck is not good for roll over protection. just chassis stiffening

go custom. its cheaper and safer and legal (scca and all that hoopla)

yea. im contemplating right now. i sorta need something for the street w/ occasional track time in the future. i guess i'll have to go custom. but i want to be able to use the do-luck rxb also but not have a horizontal bar through the back. maybe i'll go for a custom 6 or 8 pt.

go custom. cusco cages wont clear RXB as well
but when you get a roll cage, the RXB isnt very useful anymore? not sure..
