So I used to have a kill switch where my fuel pump was connected to my running lights. So I would have to flip the light switch one time (Not all the way) and then start my car. Then I figured out my car wouldn't start becase my running lights wouldnt work. So I connected the fuel pump to my head lights. So now I flip the switch twice (all the way) and the car will start right now. But my running lights dont work. I looked at the red and white striped wire that my fuel pump was connected to and I reconnected the red and white stripe wire but still they don't work. What's going on and is that the right wire?

if you reconnected switched power to your running lights and they still won't work you need to check your fuses. You may have popped one with the extra load. You are using some kind of relay for the fuel pump correct?

not sure. Previous owner did the kill switch. what is the fuse called for the running lights? I wouldnt thing it's headlights because my headlights work.

I don't know off hand. you should check all the under dash fuses to be safe.
