RB25DET fuel pressure question

on so i turn on my car like always and then i check on my engine fluids and i notice i hear a weird noise on the fuel pressure regulator does this mean its going bad btw its OEM

Is your car running rich? If not, it is probably fine. You can always borrow a fuel pressure gauge kit from Autozone for a $150 deposit (basically free) if you want to verify the fuel pressure.

yeah my car is running rich its hard to start after warm up

Borrow a fuel pressure test kit then. You will probably see that the fuel pressure is low since the fuel pressure regulator is probably shot and cannot maintain pressure in the line with a torn diaphragm. With that, it could be leaking fuel into the vacuum line and into the engine causing it to run rich.
