Can anybody tell me what these wheels are

they previous owner of my Z threw these in when i bought it...they were originally gold but i spray painted them with engine enamal and heat treated it..they are missing some parts...anybody know what they are or what there worth?

wrong section but you have the caps right there. They are WEDS its a Japanese brand.
