Is this turbo worth it?

hey guys, new to this forum. jst bought a sr20 blacktop and the turbo is leaking..and ive been looking for a new turbo. I have a T28 turbo right now, and wanted to stick with it.

is this turbo a ripoff? will it last? i dont think its the same t28 as nissan make it?

and also my turbo IS leaking right? took apart the pipings and there was oil. not much, but enough to drip. when i turn off car there would be oil dripping down to the ground. and also white smoke comes into the interior once i push it. and also it misfires like crazzy when the turbo hits at 3rpm-4rpm.

Yup. You get what you pay for.


will it last?
Nope. Its always a toss up with the china turbos. Some will last, but not long at all. Some will $hit out right away.

Just please save your self the money and trouble, and save-up for a quality turbo. Good Luck.

you can find some good deal here, some used T28 go for that much. or save up another $200-$300 and you can get the OE T28 turbo.
