me and you both. 3D movies gives me a headache. I can sit and watch the "honey i shrunk the audience" for 10 min, but 2-3 hrs... forget it.

I found the first RE entertaining.
the sequels were just forgettable and got worse & worse.
this doesn't look too appealing.

Best RE movie was the CGI once since it followed the game story line a bit more.

I liked most of the RE movies.... Its not over the top.. and its kinda interesting.... What thye do is what I would do if san francisco was overran by zombies... quaratine the city and blow up the bridges and go to vegas hahahaha!!!

it's not just the matrix that they're ripping off either.
I see a Zombie there that's a take of one of those Blade 2 vampires.
As another poster said, the big guy with the hammer looks a lot like the villain from that 'Silent Hill' film.
(bit of a sleeper surprise I enjoyed)

It's just a bunch rehashed bad hollywood cliches thrown in w/ cheesy CGI & horrid directing.
Would be best not to watch this sober.
Not like the bad ideas were really necessary either.
Could have just used the original RE story without completely going off tangent

I saw this thread and said to myself "Wait a minute here... I didn't see RE3, but I did see the first two & I could have sworn these movies were crap. Whats all the excitement for?"

So I watched part 3 at work last night and what do you know!? It was crap! Ashanti is a pretty girl, but I was OH SO GLAD when she died early in the movie. She needs to never act again a day in her life.

I love zombie movies, but these aren't even zombie movies anymore. That music in the trailer is enough to make me not want to see it.

the only good RE movie is Degeneration (it is animated but by far the best).

after watching the trailer, when they say 3D, they actually meant things pop out more. when you watch blue-ray movies on a 120hz LCD, you notice a lot of shit popping out. that's what i think they actually mean.

I've noticed that too on my new tv. Even with regular tv channels (no digital cable yet).
