I would say keep it since you have a 50 percent chance as soon as you drive it on any pubic road DOT/CBP will serving warrants..
aslso wanted to add that in japan gts-t 32 sell for under 2500...just legally import one if you want it

most 32 and 34 owners are being tracked down in California at least, and skylines are being siezed, I know an ex Marine friend of mine that has 3 R34gtrs, and he has had all three of them in storage for over a year, since about 7 of his fellow skyline owners had theirs taken.(THEY WERE ALL LEGAL)..
if you have done your reading, you would know that to the fed govt, only the R33 was accepted in the US, the others came in as gray market.
basically the Govt was tricked.
lots of cops in Cali know what a skyline is they know what an SR is.
I hope yours doesn't get taken, but maybe you should do some reserch about the current situation.
