Having more problems with this car.

95 S14, KA24DE. EGR removed and blocked off, headers, 3" cat, Buddy Club Spec II exhaust. That is all the mods done.

Went to leave work today, car wouldnt start.
I looked at the obvious things first, battery terminals.
Negative terminal was a little loose, tightened it up. Car starts.
Car stalls after idling for about 10 seconds, slowly. Try again, same thing. Pressing the gas pedal seemed to make the car stall almost immediately.
I checked everything over, all connectors, fuel pump, fuses. Nothing apparently wrong. Car was fine on the drive to work.
I gave up and decided to leave my car there and catch a ride home. I needed to move the car into a real parking spot since I park off to the side. I was going to start it, and let it creep forward and stall until I finally got into the spot. As soon as I tried this, I tapped on the throttle lightly and the the engine seemed as if it was breaking up and then began to idle and run almost normal, so I drove home.

Symptoms of problem now.

On the way home, I noticed when the engine is decelerating, its almost like the natural engine braking was almost non existent. I found myself hitting the brakes much harder then usual.
Funky idle. The idle is about 100rpms lower then this pre-incident. The idle with the A/C on is about 200rpms higher. I found that odd.
It consumed a quarter of a tank of fuel in 16 miles.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Ryan

Vacuum leak, check the hose that runs off the back of the I/M to the Brake booster

The reason I say this is cuz you mentioned having to press the brakes harder which sounds like very low Vacuum to the Brake booster

Check the ECU for codes as well might also be the CTS

Is Black smoke comming from the exhaust? if so then your running really rich which is why your gas mileage sucks

Just triple checked vacuum lines. All clear. Super mega vacuum too, it whistles when you remove the hose leading to the booster. It stalls when this is done, is that normal?
I will just replace the CTS since its so cheap since I have to go to the parts store anyway.

Will check codes tomorrow. I don't feel like diagnosing any more problems with this car.

check MAF too

edit:do the "wiggle test" too BTW forgot to mention that to check all engine electrical plugs & components

Will test MAF. Also believe I have a spare somewhere.
