If you really want to go crazy do an HKS 2.2l stroker kit on an SR20

The T28 will definetly make the power to get you into the low 13s or high 12s, and they have tons of cheap ebay manifolds for that turbo, you could always run the stock motor until it pops and then build it after that. my KA-T was making ~400whp and just as much torque for over 20k miles and it had 140k when i turboed it.

I would personally go with a T3 turbo though so that you can upgrade for cheaper later...Either a GT3071 or something like a good ol t3/t4 50trim with a .48 hotside to keep your spool decent.
It doesn't take much work to get these motors to make power, but to keep it reliable you are definetly gonna wanna spend money buying a decent fuel set up as well as tuning software. and don't skimp out on the tuning.
I'd go into a lot of detail but i have no clue what your goals are other than 12s/13s and not like anyone else is helping out anyways lol
Eventually you will want to swap out the cams for either s13 cams or just aftermarket ones, and an intake manifold either...they choke up in higher rpms like nobodys business.

ive seen plenty of KA's outlast SR's and plenty SR's out due RB's and vice versa...all fucken depends on the green...period...

I walk around 160ish, normally fight at the little girls weight (135) or little boys weight (145). For you though, whatever you want;). You better be training, I do not want to kick you in the head and you die or go home crying. Training takes time, and I do not want to waste it just to prove a point that in all honesty... means nothing. I can only imagine what magical response I am going to receive.
