When you use ARP main studs, where do the 3 longer bolts go? Do they go where the bolts are missing, in this picture?

Also, when you install main bearings, do all the ones with a groove (like in the picture) go blockside, and all the smooth ones, go girdle side?

correct if you look at your crank cradle you can see the ones that need to be longer

but yes those 3 are the ones that need to be longer

Yeah..haha i answered my own questions within seconds of posting that.

I'll pick up where I left off tomorrow, which will be installing the crank, rods, and pistons.

hopefully all my clearances are good...i chose std size bearings because no work has been done to the crank/journals. they all look fine.
