I'm not interested in the money but I know of an 89 yellow coupe with 214k with an automatic for 900, its in WV though.
for 900 bucks you could still add a newer motor, 5 spd swap, and have it painted for the price you want.
its been sitting at a dealer for at least 6 months, so he would probably come down on the price.
I'm thinking of buying it later if he still has it.

too bad your not in cali . I have a white 89 Fastback with 108 thousand miles on it. its paint is in good cond . Its an auto right now but i could swap it to a 5 speed for you.
