This is a custom midmount or backdoor intercooler setup, whatever you want to call it. The intercooler sits out front like a front mount, but the piping runs right around the radiator so that the piping length is as short as possiable. There is a few inches between the intercooler and radiator so it won't heat soak like some midmount setups.

The hot pipe is all aluminum tubing (2" OD) and the cold pipe is all Stainless (2.75OD). Megan racing intercooler core (this is the smaller core on megan's website, if you want accurate dimensions) and Blitz BOV. Designed for s13 chassis with greddy intake manifold

All couplers and t-clamps included as well. Will not allow for flipup headlight motors. I ran just the shells on my car since it was only driven during the day, so there was nothing underneath the headlight "lid".

Asking price $250 OBO

i'm guessing you can retain the stock pop ups with this setup unlike other mid mount setups

No you cannot, I noted that in my original post. The end tanks of the intercooler would sit perfectly between the motors so once you throw piping on they have to be cut out and removed. You can run sleepy eyes or fix mount the pop-ups in the up postiontion... but the motors must be removed. The front core support can be installed with this setup but it does require some notching of the supports that connect to the chassis.

Here are some more pics to show how it fits (gosh that was an ugly car... glad it's gone!)
