what is the best turbo set up for an Rb im trying to upgrade from OEM

i would say a garrett gt35r but i maybe wrong, what power numbers are you shooting for, and highly recommend bigger injectors if you are still running stock

If you want power= something close if not a 35R.
If you want response=larger 30R
If you want both something that flows between the two (CFM wise) and has the spool characteristics of a 30R type turbo.

30R 400+whp and very responsive.
35R 500+whp and laggy.

Stock mani is capable of 500+ hp.

yeah im trying to shoot 400HP + can i run stop turbo manifold ?

you can run stock turbo mani i would go for a 30r or something similar .82 housing something along those lines so your not pushing the turbo to its limits and obviously upgrade the injectors and get a tune

i would go 7xx cc.

but then again it all comes down to tuning. but i mean i think 400-500hp is pretty damn fast enough lol
