i put /join in the login and #zilvia in the password, but it wont go, it just starts loading and doesnt do shyte

just click it and type in a name where is says guestblah blahb lah...they do the /join #zilvia ...and u there!

I use MIRC to download music and movies and tried joining the #zilvia but whenever I get there, there is no one else.
