I got this with my car. and i want to know what it dose and how do i wire it in.

Skip it. Its not worth dick in your car. Its a medieval way to tune. Sell it online for $100-150, that money will be better spent on something else.

Is this a knob type adjustment or the lcd screen? You have any pics? May be interested in buying.

Not without a wide band gauge with dataloggit...

All a SAFC does is cheat the ECU into thinking you're getting a different amount of Air flow off your MAF. Hence the name, Air Flow Convertor.

You really can't expect people to go full standalone just because!
I have a pdf file if you still interested in installing the SAFC. I still have a S-AFC in my car now, It's not used for tuning per say, but it is used for rpm, airflow,throttle% and checking voltage of said sensors. I think it worked good for what i needed, but as you get more power you want more control.
