ok this morning i took off my upper part of the intake manifold on my RB i notice that 4 of the cylinder holes are super dirty and the last 2 are very clean what can this mean?

nothing.
but if you want an answer then its probably carbon or soot build up.
just pour some sea foam to it once you throw everything back together and it will clean it all up.

How can you have carbon build up on the intake side?
is it oily? chances are its from from the stock valve cover breather system

yeah its kinda oily but like i said the last 2 are like very clean

no i dont and i notice that when its cold it starts perfect but once it heat up it wont start again

is it oily? chances are its from from the stock valve cover breather system
EGR system prolly or a very fat chance there is dirty oil caused by blowby gases leaking from the cam/intake valve.

rb25 dont have EGR well can this be because the gasket did not seal right anymore and thats why there dirty and wont turn on when its warm ?
