sr a/c??

ok i have a 93 240sx with a black top sr in it and it doesnt have a/c and its 95 to 100 degrees everyday where i live and i was wonder wat all needs to be done to put a/c back in my car? ive been reading and i kno i have to buy a special bracket...but if i pull all the a/c components off a 240 and put it on mine with tht special bracket will it work? thanks please help me out guys

if have ac on my sr s13...just kept the stock compenent and used a aftermarket ac pump from my local ac shop and got the correct size belt...also got a freon refill....blows cold!!!!!!!!!!

Oh ok. So u used all th ka stuff except a aftermarket compressor?

I think Codyace makes a kit with all the brackets etc you need for that, I dont think it all lines up from SR->USDM S13

I have the blacktop sr20 original JDM bracket and A/C compressor ,It came off my blacktop ,Im using red top bracket with KA24 twin cam a/c compressor. I also have an extra redtop bracket,(the red top sr a/c bracket is diferent,but it will work)..
1. buy my blacktop bracket with compressor and make your own hoses.
2.buy my redtop bracket use twin cam KA24 compressor with original a/c hoses, install everything from a Twin cam KA24 exept condensor fan ,I used a single cam Condensor fan ,Mounted it the same way as on single cam ,in front of condensor not behind like twin cam ,had to rewire it to a/c relay .
Im riding cool here in Norcal ,only way I ride. PM me if your interested or have any questions.
