my 240 is sputtering really bad

i floor it and the turbo normally kick in at about 4500 to 5000 rpms adn the car is just sputtering like it doesnt want to go past and finally the turbo kicks in after a while and the car sputter to like 8k you think that could be spark plug wires going bad cause thats what i think it is plz give me your opinion...

it ends up boosting fine at the end trust me i feel like its ignition if not the car would keep reving and not make boost ive been there too with my old srt4 lol but im trying to find plugs and were good ohh and the guy that sold me the car said it was tuned with 83 nissan 280z turbo wires are they any good or should i go high performance denzo 7's or something

what turbo are you running that takes so long to spool?

gt4082 .82 compressor .63 turbine and today i changed the spark plugs and wires and a little improvement was noticed but still sputtering i think its a bad fuel filter maybe clogged

can you post up a couple detailed pics of your engine bay? That still seems excessive amount of RPMS to start spooling...

yeah will do soon like tomorrow and i think igts actually a slightly clogged fuel filter i believe going to take it off soon and were can i get 95 s14 headlights the clear ones preferably black housing projectors??? anyone know of a cheap place????

ohhh found out it was just the downpipe to turbo wasnt tight and was leaking exhaust... got it tight and ran like a champ
