check engine lights on

ok well i just replaced my spark plugs and wires. i got denso plugs and im pretty sure i put them in right. when i watched my mechanic take out my plugs and wires tho, i saw him flip a switch or sumthin. when i changed the plugs i didnt do that, and now my engine check light is on. was the switch thing important? where and what was it? i remember that the car wouldnt start with it flipped off.

hey thanks for the link.
i did the diagnostic and i got codes 33 and 21. it sed in that thread that 33 is my o2 sensor, but whats code 21? if any1 has the fsm or knows could u please help me out? thanks

hey bill roberts thanks for all the help. but 1 thing i dont get still is what the code means. Ignition Signal Missing in Primary Coil. does that mean i messed sumthin up while i was replacing the wires and plugs? could sum1 give me a better explanation of what that means? thanks
