hey,

i'm not sure if my engine will come with an ignitor chip so i am doing some research:

so i hear that a q45 95+ will plug right in, what kind of price am i looking at,

and what about a q45 94-? i know it will have to be rewired.

and also a pulsar will work aparently, which year? this one http://www.dnsf.org/images/gti/n13sha3p.jpg and how would that be rewired,

also a z32 would work too right?

thanks

~nik

well the wholesale price b/c I work for a dealer was $375 from an Infinit dealer so I wouldn't even bother looking there. You can get an igniter chip from Heavy Throttle for like $250 shipped (I think, perhaps a little less).

IMO, the best bang for the buck ignitor chip would be out of a Pulsar NX like the one you pictured. Just go to your local pick and pull, there should be plenty of these cars there. I can get these chips dirt cheap, actually, I have 3 of them just laying around.

hey thanks, cause there is a pulsar nx like i pictured at a local get your own parts - wrecker!

it shouldn't matter from where right? the purpose is to split the signal to each coil pack right?
