Hey guys quick question:

Intermitently my motor begins to break up and stumble under acceleration. It idles perfect and when its not under load its fine. I have checked all the hoses and clamps that would be vacumed related and they all seem fine. I also doubled check my exhaust to make sure its all buttoned down as well.

I am thinking its maybe that my fuel pump is begining to bite the dust.......

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Rubin

All have been checked including coils. It's wierd because its SO intermitent. It won't happen for a week and then it acts up for a week.

Any other ideas, thanks for the input so far.

Check for boost leaks. And don't just check the clamps to see if they are tight. Get a tester, home made or purchased doesn't matter. I bet you will find something.

Are you still using the stock fuel pump? Or did you put a walbro in it? It does sound like it could be the fuel pump, but it's hard to tell. Normally if it was the fuel pump it would act like that even not under load and would probably go out completely within a week of doing that.

The only other thing I can think of is some sort of wiring issue
