Flange is exact size as cat, piping is 3" through, includes port for O2 sensor. I'll send you a PM if you want to sort out the particulars.

its all good. i just want to make sure i could just bolt it up in the garage...dont want to go to muffler shop and spend extra to modify anything..anyways..
