anybody know anything about this? i was thinking of getting this simulator but don't want to waste the cash if it doesn't work. i currently have no sensor and an open female plug for it.
REAR O2 SIM (http://www.o2simulator.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=9&zenid=6fcfceea7ed92f87ad54c0f2314487e6)

i have a megan header, catco and blitz realize TT cat-back. i was thinking maybe have a shop weld a bung for a sensor AFTER my catco catalytic converter, but buying a new sensor and having a shop weld a bung will probably cost around 200 bux (it's like 150 for the sensor i think). simulator is only 40 bux. i've searched and haven't come across any definitive fix for the CEL code #77.

if the CEL really bothers you then do it. the simulator probably can be found for half of that price and it does works. it just tell the computer that the cat is working and not putting out unspent fumes in the air.

ya the CEL bothers me only cuz i'm still kind of monitoring this KA i've put in my s14. i'd like the cel to light up for a valid reason.
i understand what the simulator does, i just haven't read about anybody who actually has one. or where i can get it for 20 bucks...
