Here's every peice of info I can give for you to better help me.:bowdown:
I test drove this ka before pulling it out of and s14 and so I know it is a good engine. Chain was kinda loose but don't think it was loose enough to skip a tooth.
I USED S13 DIZZY/COIL, BOTTOM HALF OF INTAKE, ECU, WIRING HARNESS.
It will crank but won't start, wanted to a couple of times.Have GOOD fuel coming thru injectors, and good spark. When I pulled the plug, gas was on it. So I assume it's timing. Ok here's the procedure I did for ignition timing. Put crank pulley at tdc (2nd mark to the left/last on compression stroke) Then line up dizzy and put in. But when I do that my cams look like this (one tooth off).
QUESTION: can it run with it being a tooth off or is this probally my problem? (because it ran before being pulled)
