what do you guys think? its about $1,700

well to be honest with you, AMS put together a kit and slapped some of their parts in it and selling it for good money.

Personally i would choose my own pistons, rods, etc..but thats me.

AMS does sell good stuff, and some of the people who run this setup are typically happy with it..but to each his own.

For 1700 u can go RB20.. i know rb20 is crap but easiest way for power..

dang if only i saw this rebuild kit earlier!! I spend over 1K on my oem rebuild and my shit still dont run smooth >=( Could probably get a good deal from my dealer for ams stuff too.. FML
