I swapped out my URAS motor mounts last week for stock ones. after about 2-3 miles down the road some kid in a van tried to get ahead of me so he could be in front on a 2 lane road. this was at a stop light. so i floored first gear without spinning the tires at all, once i was in 2nd gear the car sputtered around 4-5krpm's. im like WTF, the car has never had any issues. whats weird is after that i noticed that at 3krpm or higher, under moderate acceleration, maybe not even half throttle, the car makes more of a whooshing sound and not a hissing sound like it used to before, and THEN, i hear what sounds like my BOV when i shift. ive only heard by bov once or twice. its recirculated. the car also jerks when i shift like that a bit. i do feel a loss of power under hard acceleration. fuel economy seems to be fine. idle is good. all hoses that were disconnected from the Apexi intake are connected and tight. all i can think of it for some odd reason, either one of the O2's went bad, MAF, or boost leak.
the car: 1995 RHD S14 Silvia
the motor: S14 SR20DET, stock BOV etc.
mods: Apexi air filter, downpipe, exhaust

problem solved. 2 spark plugs were gapped at 40, so re-set those, and cleaned out the bov. runs like a champ again.
