so i was at it again slaping on my brand newish megan header and down pipe when somebody in the garge noticed me cleaning up says to me hey did you torq those down to spec....me being me,"if by spec down to where they stoped then yes" hold on i have a torq wrench for you..:rant2:.. well to say in a public forum that i snapped an exhaust stud in my head with a torq wrench is kinda like admitting i couldnt nail the drunk girl....either way im going back up there tomarrow to try and back it out with an easy out kit, which leads me to this point....trying to figure out if theres anybody out there with a head there willing to ship trying to find a price range so i can figure exactly how much im not going to be drinking and for how long... i have a s-13 ka24de really dont have anything to trade as you can see by my username im kinda new to this game learning the hard way so i guess i hope cash(paypal) still works for most people.......let me know

Why do you need a new head if you just snapped the stud?

Get the stud out, as long as you don't drill into the water jacket you'll be fine.

unless you're cool like me and you have a broken exhaust stud but your header doesnt leak

I don't need one yet I'm just planning for the worst aiming around my supreme abilities to drill!
