The lock cylinder takes 5 minutes to swap.

yeah, pull out the door handles.
You need to undo 2 of the metal levers in there, both are touching the handle.

-Take the inside door off.
-There are 2 buts holding the door lock on. one on each side, 8mm's or 10mm's, i forget. use a socket. remove a rubber plug for the right one.
-first rod that needs taken off is the furthest to the high right.
there is a piece of clear rubber, push it up over the top of the bend, pull wire tube out.
-2nd on in kind on the leftish of the handle(from the inside), you need to push the middle of the rod out of the little clip, unhook the top, then you are clear.
-pull the door handle out, kinda tricky to angle out.
-needle nose plyers work great to pull the wire that is wrung around the middle of the cylinder. remove it without damaging it. pull lock right out.
-put lock you want back in, there is a notch thing in the wire ringlets that look like a shitty key chain holder. the notch goes in the one spot there that is kinds notched out for it.

Follow directions in reversish.

first side takes about 15 minutes max, 2nd side takes 2 minutes, lol

i found it easier on mine to take the lock out without taking off the door handle.. i just push's the bar off the lock side (like Ericcastro stated with the rubber-dealy-o's) then pull'd the spring that wrap's around the lock off, and slid the lock it'self out leaving the handle in... but that was because i just painted the car and didnt wanna scratch it tryn to get the handle out ^_^

The glass is secured to the regulator with two M8 nuts, but you'll need to remove the two stops in the top of the door to lift it out.
