rear supesion noise

I have a rather disturbing noise coming from my driver side rear strut mount. It sounds like threads scraping up and down on metal. It is very noticeable at low speeds over bumps but can barley be heard on the highway or during a turn in which the driver side is loaded. I am sure that it must be a broken part of my uppr strut mount but i would like to be sure what part so that i can order it before i take it all apart. I am have eibach pro-kit springs with koni adjustables and have the rear konis set all the way stiff.

Also it seems that i am slamming into my bump stops on every pothole, is there any way to lessen this effect it seems really harsh on my suspension.
